Bay Mountain Capital’s Welcomes Its Newest Member

Loan originator Muhammad Sharif will be responsible for expanding BMC’s presence in Houston.

Sharif began his real estate career upon graduating from University of Houston. First, he began working as an acquisitions analyst with George Jones Residential, LLC. There, he supported institutional acquisitions of single-family homes for REIT’s and private equity funds. Immediately prior to joining BMC, Sharif had oversight responsibility for a $12B commercial real estate portfolio for HFF.

Driven and outgoing, Sharif has built a strong network of local relationships that highly qualify him to grow BMC’s presence in the Houston market as a source for highly competitive loan products. Sharif will be officially joining Bay Mountain Capital on August 20, 2018.
