He serves the team as their newest single-family loan originator covering the Southeast. Chip is a graduate of The University of Tennessee, where he studied Math and Computer Science. While Chip has previously worked as a computer consultant, he also brings plenty of experience in real estate investing.
In the mid-2000s, Chip began investing in real estate part-time. Then, four years ago, Chip moved away from the world of computer consulting to become a real estate investing lender. He finally made the jump to lending full-time a few years later.
Due to his knowledge in real estate lending and investment property ownership, Chip understands the industry well. He remains actively involved in the real estate community and has continued to network with other real estate professionals and investors. This is just another factor which will assist his work as a single-family loan originator for Bay Mountain Capital.

In his role as a single-family loan originator, Chip’s tasks will involve several tasks. He will identify potential loans as well as contact borrowers to help ensure the process is moving forward smoothly. Chip will be available to our borrowers and offer his assistance when needed. Also, he will work with brokers involved in the loan process who partner with Bay Mountain Capital. As individuals pay off loans, he will ask if they would like to continue partnering with Bay Mountain Capital. Chip will also visit properties for potential loans and those already closed on in order to ensure their progress.
