Bay Mountain Capital is pleased to work with loan and mortgage brokers seeking new lenders or funding sources for real estate transactions that require hard money. We can help get your deal closed and help you get paid quickly. Here’s how we do it:
- If you have a separate fee agreement, simply contact us or complete a loan application on behalf of your client. Provide us with a copy of your fee agreement, and you will get paid at closing with your fee shown on the settlement statement. We will be communicating directly with your borrower, but we may ask you to assist with gathering necessary information from the borrower. We will expect you to do some initial screening of the borrower and the transaction beforehand so that we are spending our time on deals that make sense for everyone.
- If you do not have a separate fee agreement, you can still get paid. We will pay you 25 percent of any origination fees that we collect from the borrower. Your fee will be shown on the terms sheet that your borrower will sign acknowledging the terms of the loan, and you will be paid at closing.
