Peter St. Martin joins BMC as the newest Georgia Investments Associate. He comes to us with vast expertise and connections in the Georgia area that expand on BMC’s goals for the Southeast.
He attended Furman University in 1987 and graduated with a B.A. in Computing with a concentration in Business. law studies. Before joining BMC, Peter worked for CALCAP, a firm based in Pasadena, CA. He was a loan officer specializing in new construction and fix & flip loans for multifamily and single-family projects.
Peter is married and has three children, one of which still resides at home. They spend plenty of time outdoors hiking, riding bikes, and playing pickleball. In his previous years, he played golf competitively and hopes to find the time to play more today.
When asked what his goals were in joining BMC, he stated that he aims to increase our YOY loan production by 25% within his first 12 months. Additionally, he would like to play more golf, of course!
