BMC Launches Mortgage Pool Fund
Bay Mountain Capital LLC (“BMC”) announces the formation of its first mortgage pool fund. We created this fund to meet the capital demands of its growing private lending business. Bay Mountain Fund I LLC (the “Fund’) launched on April 1st of this year as a diversified mortgage pool and asset-based fund. As such, it’s principle objective is to invest conservatively in small balance real loans. Moreover, the Fund, through its Manager, will originate first lien secured real estate loans on single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties. This coverage applies to our markets in Texas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, and Georgia. Furthermore, the Fund will invest in assets that will generate interest income. The Fund will distribute income quarterly to its investors.
The offering of the Fund is exempt from registration under Regulation D, Rule 506, of the Securities Act of 1933. In addition, it’s available only to accredited investors and is structured to accept both note holders and members as investors. Note holders become senior secured creditors to the Fund, and members are the equity owners of the Fund.

The Manager of Bay Mountain Fund I is Bay Mountain Fund Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of BMC. Since 2008, Bay Mountain Capital has originated over $135 million in small balance loans, generating average annualized returns in excess of 12% to its outside investors while experiencing no loss of principal on any individual investment. Further, the company is vertically integrated. Because of this, it can manage all aspects of the lending process — from underwriting and loan origination, servicing, and asset management to final payoff or disposition. The managing partner of BMC has over thirty years of experience in the areas of real estate investment, finance, asset management and development. The company’s other principals have over one hundred combined years of real estate, finance, legal, and accounting experience forming a strong team to continue driving its successful business.
