A University of Oklahoma graduate with a master’s degree in international relations, Eric brings a wealth of real estate investment knowledge and experience to the role.
As the founder and former CEO of Moore Home Buyers LLC, Eric completed dozens of real estate investment transactions from inception to execution. His expertise comes from ten years of hard work in the field, handling everything from wholesaling to fix and flips, notes, buy and holds, new construction and development, land acquisition projects, and more. Eric’s robust project management skills include operational and strategic planning, financial analysis, subcontractor selection, and oversight of cross-functional teams for project success. His unique combination of education and relevant experience make him an ideal candidate to join Bay Mountain Capital.
