Bay Mountain Capital Welcomes Olimpia McAllister

Olimpia is a graduate of Texas A&M University. She double majored in Finance and Accounting and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1996. 

Upon graduating, Olimpia moved to Dallas where she spent three years working in accounting in commercial insurance. Later, Olimpia would spend eight years working in real estate fund accounting. 

While she enjoyed her time in accounting, Olimpia left the field to pursue a career in education. She completed the Texas State Board of Education Generalist accreditation program in 2008. Subsequently, Olimpia taught students in kindergarten, 2nd, and 3rd grade. In 2018, she took some time off to be with her family. 

In 2019, Olimpia chose to return to accounting. So, she began working part-time for Bay Mountain Capital in September in Accounts Payable.
