Joshua Pomerantz

Associate, Florida SFR Investments

Joshua Pomerantz joins Bay Mountain Capital as our new Florida Investments Associate. As we expand into Florida, he will be a vital part of our operations within the state and help foster relationships with borrowers and brokers locally.

He attended the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Criminology while studying psychology and law studies. He was passionate about being able to serve his peers in a purposeful manner.

Prior to joining Bay Mountain Capital, Joshua had a hand in lending, banking, consumer law and compliance, and real estate. He is currently a licensed Florida Realtor for Wechert-Realtors. He aspires to use his time at BMC to educate others and help them grow within the real estate investing sphere.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys being outdoors, writing and inspiring others, playing the tenor saxophone, experiencing good food, and attending shows and events.
